Singapore born designer, Rivy Ng, has a resided and worked all over the USA. In 2004, he opened MadCornerShop and debuted the Rivy Ng line. His latest collection offers some interesting overlays of scarves on vests and cardigans. Made of 88% linen, the offering is available in grey, black, and skin tones. Available now online from AR.

His name is Nicolaus Spinner. Mr Spinner does it all – from designing, to engineering, to assembly. Gordon Rush has been around since 1998, but it’s only recently that his work has caught our eye. For instance, this belt that blends subtle texture and stitching with ostentatiously visible thread for a look that’s both formal and irreverent. Rush is all about multiculturalism, and he throws in a few self-consciously Asian touches in his line—like Kanji on the soles of shoes, which should lead to interesting footprints—but his heart is with craftsmanship.

Yes that picture includes A-Ron if you are unaware of who he is or what he is not doing with aNYthing let me educate you. A-Ron was the founder and “wheels” behind the New York based brand aNYthing (thats such a cool name) after a arguement between the team he split, slapped a lawsuit on aNYthing and now he is at it again. This new project is known as Off Bowery and has a nice selection of hats, tees, and long sleeve shirts. The designs aren’t “wow” good, but a very good look for A-Ron the “Downtown Don.”

There’s a new singer in town that I’m really excited about: Estelle.
Although she brings something around the lines of R&B singers like Lauryn Hill, This amazing girl’s sound stands way out as something entirely unique!
Her first Album, The 18th Day, was a hit in the UK (United Kingdom). Now a days, she has all kinds of different talent collaborating with her on her new album, Shine. These people include Wyclef Jean, Will.i.am, Swizz Beats, Mark Ronson, John Legend, and of course.. Kanye West. I think this is a pretty great amount of talented people if you’re really looking for a lot of fans in the U.S and Canada.
Just recently, her new songs “American Boy,” and “Wait a Minute (Just a Touch)” are really great, and are two of my favourites! Her new album was supposed to be released in Feb, unfortunately that didn’t happen as planned. My hopes are really high for this girl. She’s super awsome and super talented. =)
